We discovered that our King Charles Molly has excess copper in her liver. In order to ensure that she was not getting any leaching of copper in her dog bowls I started looking for stainless steal bowls that were made in the USA, that's when I found Best Pets. I appreciated the fact that there bowls are not only make in the USA but they test the bowls. I bought 2 and will go back and by two more for my other dog. Molly loves her new bowls, they are very well made and just the right angle to help her eat.

Received 2 stainless steel bowls and red Rise holder and couldn't be more pleased! The quality seems top notch, it arrived quickly and well packaged, and made in the USA.

After looking for food and water dishes that were Made In The USA for my daughters new puppy for about a week at the local pet stores with no luck, I went online. That is where I found Basis Pet and I'm glad I did. These bowls and stand are the best, they are much thicker than the China made junk. I try to always buy Made in The USA products, because I don't trust the other product safety records.

My old melanine dog bowls were getting stained and felt a bit slimy, no matter how well I washed them. The steel bowls are exactly what I was looking for. I wrote to Mike after ordering the bowls, expressing the hope that an out-of-stock holder would be replenished. He answered immediately, stating that it had been taken care of and he had just updated the website. Right enough, I was able to order that too. Items are working out very nicely. The bowls clean up well and the holder goes a long way toward keeping the bowl in place.

I have always been quite fanatical about the food and treats I feed my dog (aka my favorite child) but never gave much thought to her dog bowls. This all changed recently when my dog was diagnosed with a liver problem and I started researching dog bowls. I was shocked to see all the problems with imported pet bowls, poisonous and even radioactive. I ordered two sets of bowls and stands, the quality is amazing and the shipping was very quick! Do your best friend a favor and buy him/her the best quality bowls I have ever seen!

We were so pleased with initial order of 2 medium stainless bowls for 2 dogs that we just ordered 3 more bowls for the other 3 dogs! We had had variety of dishes we'd thought 'right' for each dog until we realized they were not cleaning well. We did not want overseas steel because of contamination risks AND the shape of these works out to be as stable as the tricky shapes made to keep them from spilling in some styles. We have primo aggressive eater whose dishes dance no matter what. These have not since their arrival. With 5, ease of regular cleaning was more of chore...now smoother, easier than ever. Wonderful product!!
