Baslane's customer support team is fantastic! Elias showed exceptional patience throughout our back-and-forth conversations and was determined to help us resolve the confusion surrounding the late fee application and timing issues we were experiencing. Elias was thorough, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. The quality of support we received was truly 10/10.

SUPER easy and fast to get all of my questions answered and set up a payment plan for my tenants. I have wanted something this easy for my Furnished Finder tenants. I shared my screen with the agent on the phone, who let me click where I needed to go. Now I hope to remember what I did! :-). I highly recommend this company for ease of set up. Now I look forward to receiving my payments as quickly!
