Hala provided exceptional service! My previous interaction with Baselane in general - not so favorable but I gave the company some grace to work out the hiccups and create some standardization. If Hala’s work is evidence of the standardization then even better. I appreciate the fact that Hala took the time to fully understand the problem, fully describe any constraints or limitations and most importantly include a timeline for resolution. Resolving issues over email is not a best practice but the timeline mitigated that. Ask for Hala!

Baselane has been a Godsend for my property management business. Rent and security deposit collections, bookkeeping, bill payments are all simple to set up and easy to manage on one website/App. Customer service is fantastic. Nice interest rate for savings accounts. I highly recommend Baselane if you have rental properties!
