Elias was wonderful to work with. Absolutely the best tech support I have received from ANY software provider. He was thoughtful, proactive, patient, and kind. I shared my screen with him and he guided me step by step as how to resolve an issue which Baseline AI support had told me was not an issue. He filed an incident report to correct the problem as well as one he observed during the process. Elias provided great customer service, he is very solution oriented and a great communicator . Having Elias as an employee is a real asset to Baseline!
