Larissa, Has been the only reason that I can stay with Baselane. I have not found it particularly intuitive but I value its offerings...the good interest rate on my deposits so I don't have to move rents to a different bank, the separate bank accounts for my properties within the platform, the ability to designate exactly what deposits and withdrawals are for making tax time easier (I hope!), the automatic tenant billing/payments etc. SO, the fact that she is there to consult when I hit snags is invaluable....and actually the very reason that I am able to stay with Baselane. She is patient and most important very competent and knowledgeable. I have a PhD in English, not accounting or business. Having her clear familiarity with your site is a real service to me.

I'm a new landlord of a 3 family owner-occupied home. I chose Baselane to maintain separate finances of my personal unit vs my rental units, collect rent online, and manage all expenses. The service has been excellent, as has the customer service. They are continuing to roll out new features, and it's by far the easiest/nicest UI out of all of the competition I've reviewed. Very happy to continue to use this service, makes my life a little bit easier.

Good online bank. I like Baselane, it's website is easy to use and understand, has good support, and good rates (APR). No hidden fees and straightforward.

Baselane is such a nice, easy to navigate, integrated tool for managing rental property cash flow, and unlike other options doesn't require signing up for a bank account to handle rental payments (though the bank account is great with an excellent interest rate too)!

I appreciate the 4.25% returns and perks for referrals or cash for spending in certain categories. As a landlord I enjoy how simple it is to set up rent collection, reminders for tenant payments and late fee charges. No fees for myself or my tenant.

Initially, I struggled to communicate with the people at baseline But I wanted to update my review and give them a five star Because I got ahold of their customer service and they did an amazing job! Larissa Provided first class service. I come from the customer service industry and was overwhelmed by her support.

This company is responsive. They have really thought about their customer's needs. They don't try to nickel and dime you. It's like they thought what would a dream company be like and tried to create it. I just wish they had a few other statements like Profit and Loss and more flexibility with setting late fees. Other than those, I love it!

Just as advertised. High rates, great promotions, easy rent collections.
