I was, of course, skeptical at first since this involves rental money. I began using it in October and slowly on-boarded my tenants until I felt comfortable that the process worked as advertised. I have had no issues with the money being where it is supposed to be, and I can easily transfer it in and out of Baselane as necessary. My tenants LOVE it! They were previously mailing us checks every month. They said this is so much easier and free! I have had a few questions here and there for their support team and they respond very quickly, are friendly and knowledgeable. I would give them a 5 out of 5!

Good and Reliable

I got a phone call from Larissa she was so so helpful and gave away of her time to explain me the whole process of getting the tenants signed up. She gave me a direct way to contact her for all questions I will have in the future, and she was very friendly as well. Highly highly recommending Baselane!!!

Simple and easy! And free!

We’ve been on Baselane for about 18 months and utilize most features, including rent collection, on a handful of properties. Overall, we are pretty happy with it — going in we knew it was a newer company and didn’t expect everything would be perfect, but the features like no cost banking, multiple accounts to hold security deposits and checking per property, high APYs and built in accounting reports made it worth it. There have been some technical bugs along the way and some features have been marked as “coming soon” for the entirety of our account with them, which we would like to see one day. But support has been responsive and has helped us work through any annoying product bugs as we have encountered them. Recommend to other landlords!
