I’m really technically challenged. Elias was so patient with me. When I goofed up a number and we had to start all over his voice stayed calm and reassuring. He stayed with me a long time and worked everything out and made sure I understood. What a nice and professional guy!!!!

I love it because Baselane reminds the tenants it’s time to pay and then Baselane inform the landlord that the tenant paid already. Also Baselane inform the landlord that the rent was already transferred to my external account. I still have to learn about the other program Of Baselane
