Baselane has made being a new landlord so much easier, and I'm looking forward to the excel spreadsheet of expenses and profits handy for tax time. The credit card which pulls from the profits also makes it easier to pay for pest control, repairs, purchases for the home.

Baselane is working well for our rental units. Online rent collection is working great and customer service is efficient and helpful. We had tried another service with poor results. Baselane is a great service and fairly easy to set up and manage. Highly recommend.

My experience has been great with Baselane. There’s a lot of different platforms for property management. Baseline stands apart with so many services Integrated together and has great customer service and support.
