First online company that I have dealt with that responds to all emails in a very timely manner, plus they actually called me on their own yes they called me, to help resolve a problem.

I develop and manage over 100 units in northern New Jersey I started off using with rentmanager I migrated to AppFolio The quickness and the simplestic features and Baselane make my job so much more easy, starting off with opening bank accounts to transfer money to pay vendors most of all to keep track of all of that all in one place I don't have to migrate to QuickBooks or other such softwares it's been such a difference Special thank you for the founders of Baselsne for making this wonderful product

We went to BPCON in 2024, my second time at the event while it was my assistants first. We went out there and were enjoying ourselves, learning and meeting wonderful new and exciting people. During that time we happened across your booth and your personnel were so inviting, but one stood out over them all. Larissa was just so wonderful, full of life and her charisma was intoxicating. She was absolutely amazing and over those few days she sold us hook, line and sinker!!! To be honest, she had us from day one but we didn't want to seem to eager to jump on the bandwagon so to speak. Since we joined, we have had email communication with her and we are thankful she has been such a wonderful light to help navigate us when we need it. She is just wonderful and we are so lucky to have found this amazing banking platform and someone like Larissa to help streamline our business practices.

I use the free version and it helps me keep organized. Does all that I need it to do for a landlord with 2 properties.

Good interface and features, and works seamlessly. I love the minimalist style and simplicity of it all, has everything that I was looking for, and needed. A few recommendations are to have context help that would help with using the application. Like when you are using a split of an expense we would need to provide the number with a -$xx which was not intuitive. But once you figure out it is the best experience using the tool.

I've had the pleasure of working one-on-one with Larissa and it has been a true pleasure. It is a true pleasure to reach a human being that speaks the same language as I do and has hands on extensive experience with the program and how to navigate someone through it. I don't think I've received this level of superb customer service at any other business... ever! The program itself is easy to navigate and offers a lot of opportunities to use the program at different levels. Overall so far I couldn't be happier. It has been a true pleasure to use this program.
