Love this rental platform. It’s like a scalable ERP for the rental industry. The “magic sauce” is the seamless integration between the rental & tenant management part and the banking part. The above-average interest for Savings account deposit is nice too. The platform is very sophisticated - in addition to ontologies finely tuned for tenant/landlord/property language, there is fine-grain control via various rental management entities. I don’t use the accounting features but that’s available too. Best of all is the Baselane team. They are super helpful, super accessible and go out of their way to make things work. Rooting for Baselane success!

Instant help and solution to my banking issue

We evaluated a few different banking / bookkeeping tools and ended up with Baselane. I love how easy it is to use, the ability to open up virtual accounts, and categorize expenses. It’s great that it’s all designed too for our real estate business.
