Baselane has saved me hundreds of dollars a month in banking fees from Chase and bookkeeping software fees from QuickBooks. It has streamlined my rent collection. There are several features I would love including a section for handling maintenance requests, partial rent payments, and access control, but all the basics of banking and bookkeeping and reports are finally all in one place without having to rely on Plaid failing to sync transactions properly on my old system.

Baselane has really great support people. I had a problem with my phone app, and Bassam got me straightened out right away. I think that because Baselane is online only, folks think there are no real people, and customer support must be a nightmare. In fact, they respond immediately. You deal with a real person, they know your name, and they are not going to close the ticket until they hear back from you and you are good to go. And they check back in and make sure all is still good. And they want my input so that they can either fix a programming snag, or help others who may have the same problem. Baselane is good people.
