Baselane is a great tool to allow PMs, Owners, and alike to utilize a banking process. It has helped me scale from 30 doors to 90+ doors within 6 months without the need of complex systems. Also baselane is user friendly and constantly improving.

Baseline a great tool set for landlords. We’re doing short term, midterm, and long-term mental. It’s a great low cost solution for landlords in the space. It’s still being actively developed and lots of great features coming.

I used to use three different tools for accounting/expense tracking, rent collection and tenant screening, and banking. I now do all those in Baselane. It also has an easy to use app which I appreciate.
