Ultimately, my experience with Elias was wonderful. He was very knowledgable and helpful, and solved my issue. Before that, it was a frustrating experience. The Baselane chat support only directs back to Furnished Finder, not to Baselane support. Spent lots of time on hold, finally got the Baselane number from Nicole. Was also disconnected while holding on Baselane. Feedback: offer both numbers in the support chat, please. Feedback: What I was trying to set up for my new tenant was to pay the full first month rent, then prorate it in the second month. Elias helped me get it done, but why make it difficult for the host? It seems like a logical option. I am grateful for the Baselane rent collection option. It is great for the most part. Thank You! 🤠
