I've used a number of other rental management platforms in the past. But bookkeeping has always been what drains the energy from my when it comes to my rental portfolio. Nothing has gotten it right when it comes to being able to categorize transactions one time and then not have to worry about it anymore. Why should I have to categorize my mortgage payment as a mortgage payment more than once? The water bill? The trash collection? And on and on.... If Baselane did nothing else it would be worth it for me. I can't wait to dig into the other tools and get my tenants moved over for rent collection.

Baselane has been the easiest part of owning rental properties. I love how simple the accounting is, and the interest I earn on both my balance and my renters’ deposits is a great bonus. It’s truly a one-stop shop for just about everything I need as a landlord, and the platform’s ease of use has been amazing. I recommend it to everyone I know who owns a property—especially here in Utah, where there are plenty of landlords who could benefit from it.

Baselane product and customer service is superb. They follow up within 24 hours. Courteous, professional, and fully ensure they address the issue or question. Only wish they would role out new features quicker!
