BaselaneReviews of baselane.com

I asked for a call and they delivered. Once on the call we found a solution and now I'm thrilled to use baselane for my rent collection. Lama was fantastic. She was a total pro and what an amazing experience. Thanks Baselane

ZAHRAA was excellent. I went out of her way to make sure that the issue was resolved in a very timely manner. She.embodies what customer service really is about. Thank you so much.

We have been using the Baselane platform this past year and a half to help manage our small rental portfolio. It has been nothing short of amazing. With the recent addition of Baselane Smart their offerings have improved even more. Having rent payouts clear in 2 days, now a locked in feature with the Smart service, is amazingly helpful. The auto tagging of transactions both by their AI software and/or custom rules that I set is also immensely useful. By far though the biggest draw to Baselane is the customer service. The few times I did reach out for various issues they were prompt to respond and their insights were thoughtful and nuanced specifically to my concern. They go above and beyond in that capacity. I look forward to seeing what they have in store for us in the future.

Baselane has simplified my life! I found Baselane after frustrating experiences with two other banks and a bookkeeping software that I was never able to figure out. This platform was designed for landlords and has features that make that obvious - easy rent collection, lease creation software, e-sign services for a reasonable price, etc. Their business banking has also been extremely helpful. Instead of paying fees and being hit with restriction after restriction like my other business account, I am able to do everything I need to do and earn interest on top of that. It is a total win for me! The platform allows you to create sub accounts for security deposits and whatever else your business needs. I run all of my rentals and vacation rentals through this program and it has made life so much easier! Create reports at the click of a button. See your cashflow over time. Categorize expenses/income and get a bead on how your business is performing. So, so helpful! Especially for us "learn as you go" types. Highly recommend!

I love the Baselane platform and all the resources it has built in. Rent collection has been a breeze and moving tenants over to Baselane has increased cash flow (which we all love!). I couldn't say enough good things about the platform and their customer service. Larissa is my point of contact and she is always an email away.

When it comes to having everything in order for all of my real-estate needs as far as tenants, Payments, Rental agreements, Tenant screening, Baselane has me covered. It provides me easy and secure access to all of my properties and all of my tenant activity. This is why I choose Baselane for my one stop shop! It keeps me organized and feeling at ease, knowing I can find everything in one place. -Thank you Baselane

Hala assisted me with my issue in receiving access codes. She was responsive and solution oriented. Should I ever need one, I hope she is my customer representative again!

The response to my question was immediate and helped me solve my problem very quickly.
