Lama was quick to respond and answered all of my questions!

I wanted to leave a message to acknowledge Hala in Baselane Support. Hala was not just exceptional due to her outstanding knowledge of the product, but also very effective due to her deep understanding of the business processes enabled by the product. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions which were rather complicated. I was on the fence about using Baselane prior to this call, and if I do end up signing for Baselane, the credit should go to Hala. Congratulations to Baselane for hiring and training talented associates such as Hala!

I just recently signed up for Baselane and the support so far has been exceptional! Very quick turnaround times for any questions I have had an they always have a solution! It may be the best support I've ever received! So far the features of the program seem to match what I need to simplify things for me!

I needed to renew my rental payment through Baselane and update information on it. I had no idea how to do this and asked Baselane for help. I was contacted by a wonderful employee named Mona who answered all my questions and helped me get everything set up correctly. Mona was very kind, gracious and professional and I am so grateful for her help! Baselane has a superb employee in Mona and I hope my comments will be made available to her supervisor/manager as she deserves public recognition for her wonderful help. Thanks.

I have used Baselane for tenant payments for a while now. The software is pretty well organized and user friendly. Their customer service was extremely quick recently when I had an issue with reminder emails continuing to be sent to a new tenant after the tenant had activated their account. Was impressed with how quickly they resolved it. A+ from me
