Great company! Great customer service!

I just finished a call with customer service, and it's clear that they care about their users. The banking side is pretty spot-on, and 100% integrated. The property management side is not as strong, but they're definitely working on it, and they seem very interested in what customers need from them. The customer service is everything you could possibly want. Every email I send receives a rapid response. After I had a few issues, the lead person called me to learn more about what I'm looking for and to make sure I have everything I need from them. She spent half an hour with me, understood what I needed, offered solutions, and also provided some things to make my experience even better. This says a lot given that I'm probably one or their smallest customers and they make very little money from my account. If you've been looking at Baselane, try it out. The basic services are free, and they'll only get better from here.

So I will start by saying I am not a current customer. I reached out to support to see if this software would fit my needs. I cannot rate the software / system itself. However, after submitting a support ticket I got a quick response. The response was extremely detailed! They also explained how the software would and would not work for me based off the information i provided in my ticket. I was surprised to get such a detailed response. I felt it was a very honest response as the system was not designed for what I am looking for. I would recommend 100% for anyone to look into this company to see if their software is a good fit. I have found that their competition customer support is lacking and thats so important in my opinion. Thank you

This platform is really great for landlords. It allows you to open virtual bank accounts (both savings and checking) and virtual visa debit cards. It allows you to link your outside bank and credit cards so you can manage your transactions and books on their platform similar to quickbooks. They also pay interest opn savings account. Highly recommend!!
