I have been using Baselane for over a year now. I have used other property management tools as well. My experience has been really good with Baselane. Couple thing I wanted to highlight is one they opened a bank account behind the scene and associated with my property so I don't need to go to a third party to open account and then link it. Also the reports and specially tagging / categorization features are really helpful for reporting and tracking. Secondly, they have real customer service meaning a human really picks the call and answers. The customer service also follows up with you via email. @Baselane team: Keep up the great work and customer servoce!
