Baselane has made bookkeeping for our short term rentals exceptionally easy to do. The structure of the website is very easy to use. I think as they grow and develop an app we will see even more benefits to using Baselane. Convenience is key!

Does what I need it to - manage and collect money. I plan to use it in conjunction with Zillow for now but will likely eventually invest in the many features in one sitting. Very secure, requiring verification that you own the properties. Customer service (especially my representative Mona) is top notch and fast.

Very helpful and patient help available. I'm older and frustrated somewhat by technology. The Baselane Rep. Salwa was kind and so patient....good experience.

Great customer service. I reported an issue in the app to which they responded and took action quickly. Additionally they recommended workarounds as they kept me in the loop as the issue was being addressed. Once the issue was resolved they closed the loop with me an reported back. How all customer service should be. Great job!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really impressed with Baseline so far. As an investor, it’s been super helpful to have everything organized in one place and actually easy to understand—especially when looking at property performance. Big shoutout to Zahraa as well—she’s been incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole process smooth from the start. Definitely feels like this was built with investors in mind.

Baselane has helped me streamline collecting rent from tenants, as well as keeping my accounting clean (by property, by LLC). Whenever I need assistance, they respond throughly and often answer questions before I ask them. So far so good! I will recommend them to others.
