Mr. Mezher was patient, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure I fully understood the platform's interface, sent a step-by-step instructional email to my tenant, and even walked me through exactly what the tenant sees on their side. I couldn't be more satisfied with this experience. Baselane is lucky to have Mr. Mezher on their team; his support is a testament to the company’s commitment to providing excellent service.
