I've been using Baselane for one year now to help manage my rentals. It is great for so many reasons. I love it because it emails the tenants to remind them of their rent due dates. It automatically collects late fees, it has a bank account with debit cards, lease organization and signing and also a ledger system for bookkeeping. The help response from their team is also amazing. I am so pleased and would find no reason to change at all!
