BaselaneReviews of baselane.com

Baselane has been really easy to use for collecting rent payments for our furnished rental. The setup process was simple, payments are easy to track, and the customer service reps were very helpful getting our account set up. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience so far using it through Furnished Finder.

Baselane support was great. Helped me understand everything and helped me resolve issues with tenant applications in no time. A few times my call got dropped and they emailed immediately and also called me back.

Bassam at Baselane is amazing. He along with Sidney have been incredible and gracious in helping me properly get set up for my rental property business of 9 properties. I am now improving and operationalizing my administrative functions of my business as well as on-boarding tenants and putting myself in a great position to understand the current state of my total cash inflows and outflows in real time. It is truly a pleasure working with the Baselane team and greatly appreciate all that they do.

You resolved my concerns quickly and efficiently.

Hala did an excellent job of resolving my thorny problem! her customer service was ideal. I was very upset and confused prior to her intervention. Now I just have to wait three days to see if it all works out.

Excellent access to banking for my LLC. Customer service is excellent to work with also.

She was BEST HELP ever , Got me out of 9hrs of stressful work

Yassmin was so patient (it was my first experience with Baselane) and so professional in her knowledge and training skills. I really appreciate her kindness in helping my "onboarding" process. I am very impressed and grateful! Christine Khemis
