I made the blunder of using an extinct email address during Baselane account creation, which, of course, could not be verified, and needed to be corrected. Called Baselane’s customer service, who assisted in resolving the matter quickly and efficiently. No complaints whatsoever.

The customer service and specifically, Elias's responsive help. Baselane adjudication of new business accounts is honestly not that smooth and the process breaks down in the documentation phase. Dashboard is not available and uploading and steps to approve documentation is difficult at best. However, Elias was able to intervene and efficiently direct and solve step by step. I am continuning with this platform solely because of his help.
