I have had my midterm rental with the Baselane platform for 6 months and have had to contact support twice, both times I received fast, and courteous help and my issues were resolved promptly. When I called in yesterday and spoke to Elias he needed to check on something and said he would get back to me within 24 hours, he resolved my issue within an hour, called me back and sent an email. Fantastic customer support!

The Baseline staff were responsive and able to fix some issues with my account within a day (accidentally created a landlord rather than a tenant account). Good to know that some online service still have humans that can solve a problem, rather than just mindless bots for everything.

Baselane service is great and reliable. People are friendly and knowledgeable. Always fix any issue or questions on one call. Don't believe all the trolls out there that love to post fake complaints. I have been with the bank for close to one year and they are better than any bank I have had contact with.

As this was my first experience with Baselane, I was extremely impressed and completely satisfied with the process. Mona was wonderful to work with—she was friendly, patient, and very easy to talk to. She explained each step clearly and made everything easy to understand and follow. Based on this experience, I can’t imagine having anything less than 100% satisfaction with Baselane in the future. Aya was very helpful in setting up my rental payments. I appreciated her sending me the live training session on rent collection so I can learn to manage this aspect myself. However, I had difficulty hearing and understanding Aya. The telephone audio was low and garbled. Baselane needs to turn up the volume or improve the system.
