Baselane appeared to have all the right features for a landlord: rent collection, credit checks, even loans. Their interest-bearing checking account was also a nice perk. However, that is not work much if you cannot even fund the account. It's been over 3 weeks since I opened my account but after multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I still could not get my issue resolved. I even scheduled 2 live customer service calls but both times the representative did not call me! In short, high interest checking accounts and useful landlord features are the positives. But the negatives are their customer service and fund transfer technology, which falls short of expectations.

Edit * - Once I asked for Larissa after seeing all the other reviews things finally started getting taken care of. Larissa was super helpful and has made sure to be in constant contact with me. I still am feeling a little unsure as I have yet to to do my first month of rent collection but right now I am feeling hopeful.* I think Baselane could be really useful and great but if you make any kind of mistake in set up or need any type of support then you are basically screwed. The online chat takes days to have one response which usually doesn't answer your question so then you have to wait another 2 days to hear from anyone. I've tried the support email and its been over a week and I haven't got a single response there even with follow ups being sent. Lastly you have to schedule a support call which is currently 2 weeks out and if you call the support center then you just get a voicemail. The only answer I have received I was told that it cannot be fixed and I have to delete my account and do a new set up - which also apparently takes days. Now that I have tried to set up a new account it still doesn't work. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
