Elias customer service is 5 star for…his calm, assuring & thorough assistance throughout the setup process.
Elias customer service is 5 star for many reasons. Just at the outset he made the overwhelming task of understanding the process of setting up this service very comfortable for me, i was at great ease throughout the setup process with his calming voice & approach. He is also very methodical & patient for a new onboarding person like me & worked with me at my pace not pushing or rushing the process. I wish him nothing less than the best !!
