Great service!!!!

I would consider using BarzelLock again. No issues. However, Kwikset is not a very good product. I will go with Schlage next time.

I placed an online order for a lock from BarzelLock.com at about 9:30 at night. An hour later, I received an email from them to confirm that I purchased the correct size (it was a less common size). Once confirmed, the order was shipped out the next day and arrived at my door 2 days later! Excellent customer service, and the price was cheaper than Amazon for that particular product! Would definitely buy here again!

Very quick delivery. Competitive pricing.

Very helpful and responsive

I contacted BarzelLock with a request for a Schlage product line that was not shown on their sight. To my surprise, I received a quote and invoice (to complete the purchase) within one day. Other internet sites I visited indicated a wait time of three or more weeks, due to special order requirements. As it turns out, the folks at BarzelLock are much different. From the day of completing my purchase, to the receipt of the complete order, was six (6) days!!! The order included (3) Keyed alike, (2) passageway, and (1) privacy door knob set. This is my second time working with them and they always manage to make it look easy. You are such a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys.
