BarzelLock.comReviews of barzellock.com

Great products again and again. great great customer service.

I called with a special request and they followed up with within minutes to let me know it was possible. They were efficient and professional on the phone. They shipped my order out the same day. They were the only ones to have the item I needed (usually a special order item). Very diligent and followed through the whole process until it delivered.

Company called me after I placed order, ensuring I ordered correct part for the locks I already had. I also needed the part ASAP & they mailed to me next am & received on time. They also followed up after my project to make sure everything went well. I wish all the companies I do business with were as Good as Barzel Lock.
