I purchased two items from Barzel Lock that were supposed to work as a substitute for my original defective parts. They did not work and although it was no fault of Barzel Lock they took them back and issued a full refund. They also called me and went out of their way to try and help me get them to work. This is unusual in this day and age. I am an apartment building owner and I hope to give them my business again very soon. Great customer service. Thank you, Chuck Crotty.
