Excellent Service !!!

I had the pleasure of communicating with Mr Schiffer. I ordered a deadbolt lock and asked if it could possibly be keyed to a key I was already using. I assumed it could not be done, but somehow, Mr Schiffer made it happen. This was an awesome help to me, but a lot of trouble for him, I am sure. He graciously said he was happy to do it in hopes that it would brighten my day. I wish all businesses operated with this kind of attitude. I plan to give them all of my lock business in the future.

I recently upgraded my home security with products from BarzelLock.com, and I couldn't be happier

L excellent quality

Barzel Locks is my go to for anything lock related! Great customer service & quick shipping times. Highly recommend!

Customer service wasn’t great during the warranty process. They seemed capable of helping but avoided taking responsibility whenever possible. Additionally, discontinued items are still listed as available for purchase online for some reason

Transaction smooth, pricing great and delivery right on time.

They had what I needed and got it to me quickly.
