Very Professional, and Quick Response. Thanks Ray Soliz GM Harlingen Glass and Mirror

we had an issue with missing hardware from the first shipment, Henry was very responsive and sent a replacement very quickly

The closer plates arrived and were installed. The plates did their job as needed. Delivery was fast, as told.

Please consider using additional packing when shipping item in manufactures packing. Item arrive slightly damaged but useable and repairable. Other than that everything was excellent and shipping was super fast.

I love the fact that I quickly recieved my order . I was also disappointed of receiving the incorrect color , though I ordered gold tone that matches my home I recieved silver 😏

I had ordered a six pin deadbolt and when it came in with a five pin key, I was very concerned. I called and spoke with Chiam, who was super helpful reassured me that it was, in fact, drilled for 6, and to just let the locksmith know that when I take the deadbolt to be rekeyed. Sure enough everything worked great! Thanks Chiam! To whom it may concern, that detail may be helpful to others, and could be added to your website descriptions. Thanks again.

From start to finish this was a smooth and fair transaction. Thank you to Chaim.

Customer service was excellent: advised on technical questions, efficient, polite and most of all kept us updated on the entire process. Merchandise received promptly and very satisfied.
