Barzel Lock is a quality run business. I run a maintenance division in California, and I have ordered replacement lockset parts that were needed, and Henry responds with lightning speed for inquires and feed back. They are spot on...and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the GREAT work Henry!

GOOD PRICE AND GOOD SERVICE

I made a mistake with the payment and as soon as I sent them a text to correct it they responded swiftly, asked questions to verify I'm getting the correct part, postponed the order until we sorted it all out and responded to every question I had in the meantime. The delivery came in faster than I thought it would and the part was exactly what I needed. 10/10. thanks!!!

I have been a commercial locksmith in California for more than 40 years. I do not often resort to having to purchase products on line as I have several suppliers that I have been doing business with for as many years. The Schlage CO series locks I recently purchased from Barzel Lock had been back ordered for ions through my normal purchasing channels. I was extremely happy to have Barzel Lock send me these items and so was my customer that has been waiting too long for me to complete the installation. I will definitely be using this company going forward to purchase products I use all the time if they have what I need. Also, free shipping, competitive pricing, email confirmation, prompt UPS shipping and tracking sealed the deal. David Mroz, DBA Davee Doors

I had personalized service which was excellent. The pricing was more than fair AND they gave a slight discount as well. Special delivery was provided to me which made it easier and more convenient for me as well.
