Be aware of this company they will lure you in and trap you into the worse assignment and once you voice your opinion then management retaliates against you and refuse to pay your wages. I worked 5 days 8 hours and Barton plotted with the hospital and they refuse to pay for all my hours instead I was paid for 20 hours then 1 year later I receive a message alerting me they were paid the remaining 20 hours so I requested my 20 hours owed to me no one responded. They are thieves and scammers!

Lousy and Dishonest recruitment agency

Client had signed contract and the night before my start date, canceled a 1 month (~11K) job. They refused to pay and I lost out not only on the contracted rate but also the ability to work at another job. I never received any compensation. Quite disappointing as this was my first experience with Barton - obviously, not a good one.

underpaying providers

I was told that for my temp position that I would be doing around $3-4K daily scheduled production but in fact I was scheduled $7-10K daily and not compensated accordingly. When I brought this up to Barton they didn't offer any resolution and made me not trust them or want to work with them in the future.

Serious and repeated payroll department problems and complete absence of communication with either me or my recruiter in attempts to resolve. More than 4 months later i am still trying to resolve. VERY disappointing and infuriating. And contrary to my past experience with Barton. At this point I would advise against using Barton.

Beware ! This company leads you to believe that you must sign a client agreement BEFORE they present you as a possible candidate .This is false A verbal agreement is all that is needed to be presented to a company by almost any other agency. To make matters worst -they do not fully disclose that signage of their agreement binds you to them for one year for certain hospitals in a large geographic area. In the words of Barton’s manager “we own you “ My advice -Stay away from this company

They need to completely evaporate. Very bad company to work for. Nothing but deceitful. Agreements are not fulfilled. Their business strategy is to deceive their health care providers into signing a contract with false promises and agreements. They forgot that the core capital of their business are health care providers, without health care providers zero business for this company. I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy, not in this life time or ever.
