When she delegated parts of her services to me to other people, she supervised them closely and made sure deadlines got met and materials were completed with as little trauma to me as possible.

I feel like my contact with Barton (Ciaran) really has my back and negotiations are in my favor. If I run into any problems, I know he will be a great advocate for me. He’s available whenever I need him. He gets back to me right away. I have enjoyed my assignments at Barton but I do wish there were more to choose from in my field.

Phone calls before and after assignments. They made sure the assigned department, work flow and work load are appropriate/manageable. Wyatt , my recruiter, checked in often just to see how things are going which was pleasant as it made me feel as a part of the group. Locums jobs are often lonely jobs, because you’re the only physician on site.
