1. Working with the recruitment consultant has been delightful. 2. Transportation arrangements have not been as smooth as to be expected. 3. Payment of payable funds have been delayed too long.

Staff turnover frustrating. Timesheets terrible. Nice people but poor listeners!

Overall my experience with Barton this go around was decent. Not the Barton of 10 years ago, but what out there is the same? My recruiter changed in the middle of everything, new guy wasn't as easy to work with as the one who he replaced, but again, not terrible. Locum NP pay seems pretty flat. I'm making exactly what I was 10 years ago. Hopefully it will get better. So this contract with Barton I'd give a B-/C+ grade.

Commute was long Pay rate OK Difficulty getting reimbursed on time on multiple occasions

The representative that actually did the recruiting and “matching” was very good and pleasant, and informative. Based on this aspect of the company, I would have awarded a 5 rating. The negotiations on the reimbursement ( which obviously are somewhat dictated by the client) could be much better. It was only after the fact that I learned Barton charges the client 100% of the fee- ie if the provider is paid $1000 a day then the client pays Barton $2000 a day. I realize this may be client specific but it is atrocious at this level.

I would just do more training for associates and have them more involved helping with credentialing especially in a fast time frame like a week to get credentialed. It is a lot for a provider if they are working full time already to get all that done in a short times.

I am still waiting for repayment for Uber charges from March when my company took 2 weeks to put me on their account to cover charges. My recruiter Adam Canetti is aware of this and said he would obtain payment but nothing ever happened. I also have a missed regular payment from the week of June 18. I am quite disappointed about these payment failures
