I’ve worked with many temp agencies in the past, and Barton was by far the most unorganized of the bunch. The recruiter was always friendly, and easy to communicate with, but when it came to understanding their individual jobs, it was pathetic how often I was having to inquire about fixing an issue that would have never occurred if I was working for a different company.

Shawn was the best, he left, my experience has not been so great

I had been double booked as I had tentatively agreed on some dates when I was driving and called to work some. When I realized it I gave Barton a good 30 days notice to cancel 2 shifts but I could cover the other 5 shifts, but offered to pick up extra shifts if needed since I would have to miss the first 2 shifts. Barton never contacted the hospital so they didn't get wind of the schedule change until 2 days before I was to be there. 30 days is ample time to modify a shift change.

I had to tell them the assignment was over. I had to tell them what assignment from their website I wanted next because they didn’t know what was on their website. Their credentialing was wonderful and had no hiccups. When it came time to end the assignment and go full time with the client, they were not easy to work with.

Failed to advocate for provider. Ignored concerns. Did not hold clients accountable.
