Just came back from one of the class. Brilliant, loved it! This is my first time and can't wait to go back in the gym!

Class is so good. Love the work out and the way they push you. Good for people with experience but newbies are welcome and supported.

Great way to start your day, I really love this chain and the workouts that they come up with.

Går på klasser i Göteborg och har redan från mitt första tillfälle fått en familjär och välkomnande känsla! Intervaller på löpband kombineras med styrka, passen känns effektiva och utvecklande. Perfekt träning!

Jeg deltog som begynder i en klasse. Det var en meget aldersdiskriminerende oplevelse hvor underviseren havde mere travlt med at servicere det yngre klientel. Efter klassen var der ingen opfølgning på træningen hverken mundtligt eller skriftligt. En ærgelig oplevelse og ikke noget jeg vil anbefale til andre.

I took a virtual class. The instructor was unclear (partly dodgy wifi though I don’t think it was mine) and so it was hard to follow which exercises I was doing when. This was compounded by instructor’s camera set-up so we couldn’t see what her feet/lower legs were doing, and by her only showing us the exercises once and then sitting on her phone (I get that engaging with people is difficult over zoom). She even made jokes about if she was doing the class, she would take secret stops. At £12 a class, this is a real rip-off

The hype is great but the class really lacked any substance and wasn’t worth the price.
