Avoid at all cost especially if you are a woman. Their trainers have disgusting behaviours towards women. Body shaming them and touching them without their consent. My Muslim friend told our PT not to touch her, but he kept doing well, we both left in tears and humiliated

I went to Jonah's classes at Barry's Bootcamp for "Hell week" & absolutely loved it! Each one was a perfect blend of intensity, motivation, and fun. Jonah has incredible energy and always a cheery attitude. The workouts were challenging yet adaptable for different fitness levels, and Jonah was excellent at pushing us to do our best without it ever feeling overwhelming. Great eye for technique, giving quick pointers to ensure everyone was getting the most out of the exercises safely. Super clear instructions which I think is really important. Playlist was 🔥🔥🔥 too. The music kept me going even when my legs felt like jelly. If you’re looking for a workout that leaves you drenched in sweat, full of endorphins, and counting down the days until your next class, Jonah at Barry’s London West is the way to go. Highly recommend! 💪
