love the trainers but in canary wharf there are staff that are unbearable at the reception. Nicole and Chelsea have followed me to the restroom when i have been a regular for a year to ask me to check in. I had the class booked and wanted to yse the restroom!! same personnel with whom 3 thefts took place are following me a petite lasy to the restroom to ask me to check in!!!! all their LGBTQ community staff are amazing, nicole and chelsea lie in the group of people who abuse power to feel good.

I took a virtual class. The instructor was unclear (partly dodgy wifi though I don’t think it was mine) and so it was hard to follow which exercises I was doing when. This was compounded by instructor’s camera set-up so we couldn’t see what her feet/lower legs were doing, and by her only showing us the exercises once and then sitting on her phone (I get that engaging with people is difficult over zoom). She even made jokes about if she was doing the class, she would take secret stops. At £12 a class, this is a real rip-off
