I originally bought a crossbow o think the name was 405 something from walmart. A couoe of shots in. The limbs splinetes support. Send me a new one the limbs splinters on this one. They in turn send a new bow hypertac 420. Nice bow. After a fee shots later. Same thing. Now i have to send the whole thong back. To get fixed. So now no hunting for me and out 500 dollars. Save your money. Not worth it.

Bought a bowl, had a bad foot Stir up lock, so my footstrip, just dangles or locked back and cant use the quiver. I've called Barnett twice emailed Em. No response, no communication. The bow is bad ass. I'm not gonna lie. It's more than I expected it to be in that price range. But the lack of customer service would make me stay away. Do not buy from this company. your customer service completely sucks cannot get a hold of anybody or a return call

Why do they have to sell items in thick, non recyclable plastic packaging which cannot be opened without a Stanley knife and a pair of very strong scissors. What is wrong with a recyclable cardboard box? It's time governments clamped down on this waste.

I bought a Barnett Wildcat CRX recurve crossbow in Canada but found three issues: 1. The screws of dampeners don't fit. I tried really hard but it won't go deeper easily. I don't wanna damage the entire hole AND the crews seem longer than they're supposed to be. 2. I tried both ways but the scope cover doesn't fit. 3. The quiver is too tight for the arrows to fit in. I don't wanna get my arrows damaged so I uninstalled it. Customer service is useless. DO NOT BUY!

customer service is really bad. the lady i talked to was clueless and my issue. took her advice and was sent the wrong item for my crossbow.

If I could give zero stars I would ordered a trigger hood for my crossbow it was stolen enroute through UPS tried to contact them nothing tried to email nothing they literally ripped me off for 35 bucks awesome I'll be selling this cross bow and getting a More reputable brand.
