I ordered an interlinking cable for an LED flex kit approximately 10 days ago from barlighting.com. It has still not arrived. Naturally, I called the number on the homepage and like others have said it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I tried several more times by phone with the same result and finally decided to email them. It's been 2 days and still no response. The funny thing is I ordered an exterior LED kit from this site about 2 years ago with no problems. I'm not sure what has happened recently but it seems as though this company no longer exists or if they do exist they are incredibly down and out. It bothers me that they are still taking money. Only wish I had looked for their reviews before hand. I tried to leave a review of my own to warn others directly on the site under the product description of the interlinking cable....but go figure...it wouldn't let me. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. We ordered $650 worth of lights to do a residential project. Mike was very helpful getting stuff out to us in a timely manner. We recieved parts that were malfunctioning. I called & emailed the company around 30 times with one call back to get replacements coming. I missed that call, & continued to call & email with no effort from the company to return my calls. I went ahead & ordered the replacements because we needed to finish the job. As you can guess, I emailed wondering a date of arrival for our new merchandise & haven't received any response in a week. The funny part, the company had no problem running my credit card immediately after I placed the order. Very disappointed with their customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! Don't make the same mistake I did. I wish I had researched this website before making a purchase. I ordered 2 kits of a 4-pack of LEDs and 6 connector cables on March 13th 2017 and was charged 2 days later. Their website boasts a 1-2 day shipping time. However 11 days later, my items are still awaiting shipment. I emailed them twice and called countless times. No one answered the phone in the 20+ calls I made and it conveniently goes to a full voicemail box. I've disputed the purchase with my credit card company and will take my business elsewhere.

I didn't receive purchased item. I called several times and couldn't leave a message because voicemail box was full. I guess I lost my money with Barlighting😡😡

I NEVER RECEIVED MY FN ORDER. I AM TALKING TO MY LAWYERS, IM GOING TO SUE THOSE MFRZ! THEY ARE FN THIEVES. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY FN EMAILS. THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE FN PHONE.

Placed an order on 2/28. Received an email saying that the order was received. Here it is 3/21 and I still have not heard anything about a shipment or tracking or anything. I've emailed twice and will call today but from other reviews, I'm guessing that won't be very productive either as it doesn't seem like they answer their phone. I'd order elsewhere if I were you.

Don't have a tracking number at all. I've ordered my items like three weeks ago and still haven't gotten any of them yet. Don't even know if I'm getting any of my stuff anymore. Pick it up guys or you will go out of business real quick. And start doing tracking number look up for customers we would like to be updated with our items at all times to know where they are also. Thank you!

Made an order on 2-8-17 for some LED strip light kits for some customers of mine, and needed them in a decent time frame. I never heard anything from Bar Lighting, even after calling the number on the website and sending emails to the info@ address as well as the contact us form. The only communication I ever got back from them was the system-generated notice that my order had been canceled and refunded on 2-20-17.
