Way too long to receive the merchandise. My confirmation did not include an order number so had to contact company to try to track my order. They did respond immediately with my order number. I had looked for a very long time for a navy shoe without a white sole and this shoe was the answer. I have not worn the shoe yet so can not address the comfort issue.
