Mostly good communication, although I was still missing some information which I requested. Items took a while to arrive and now replacing with another size. Hopefully they will fit properly as they look like a good boot to have for the snow.

I did not like the first shoes that I ordered, and I wanted to return them. But the customer service representative said I could have a store credit which I used and bought some shoes that are really do enjoy. They’re absolutely very comfortable.

Took such a long time to receive. I really like the shoes a lot, but there are some problems with them. The Velcro on the back is not in the right place so I will have to take them to the shoemaker to reapply the Velcro on the back strap.
