This is my first time buying any shoes…
This is my first time buying any shoes from this company and let me tell you they are very comfortable and stylish. I have a very wide foot and usually have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. These felt great as soon as I put them on! I did have a small issue with my purchase when they arrived, but after an email to customer service the Issue was taken care without any hassle. I will be ordering again from them not only for the comfort and style but the great customer service!

Received my shoes earlier
Received my shoes earlier. Most shoes claim to have good support but these loafers are comfortable. Been wearing them since couple of weeks already to the office, so far it has been good. Hoping they will last longer actually.

Bareroots Customer Service
Bareroots Customer Service was very helpful when I emailed them to state that the (3) pairs of shoes I ordered were too small. They responded within a couple of days to mention that there were a couple of options available to me; return them for a full refund or take advantage their Free Size Swap program in which they would send along the correct size at no additional charge and I could keep the previously ordered shoes. Before agreeing to the Free Size Swap I wanted to guarantee that all (3) pairs were included. The next day they agreed to swap the (3) pair of shoes at no additional cost and suggested I keep the smaller size shoes to give to family or friends. Within a couple of days I received (3) new pairs of shoes at the correct size and made a few co-workers very happy to receive the smaller size shoes. Despite having received smaller shoes to begin with, overall my experience with Bareroots' customer service was very efficient and friendly!

Doctor recommended me to try shoes that are better and supportive and trust me these have been a blessing for me. The arch support and heel cushioning really helped me with my plantar fasciitis pain. I simply love them.
