This is my second order from Bareroots. In my first order, both pairs of shoes were much too small, even though I ordered up as recommended. Bareroots contacted me quickly with the option to send me new shoes at no charge, or give me a full credit. I am so happy with the service I received!

The platform ankle boots are just what I needed for Fall, and are very stylish! The size I chose was too small, so asked to exchange them. Olivia, in customer service, was so helpful and responsive. It has been a great customer service experience thank you!

Put these through serious testing walking around multiple cities. Never got blisters or sore feet despite logging probably 100+ miles. They held up amazingly well to all that pavement pounding.
