I love that customer service was very Intentional
I love that customer service was very proactive when i wanted to exchange my moms boots for a bigger size. They did not allow for exchange however they gave me a discount code to virtually buy a new one and keep the original one i got. I am not sure how that is sustainable for a business but i will be sure to order 2 sizes up especially for boots so we can wear socks with it.

Other than offering me the exact same…
Other than offering me the exact same product at checkout at an additional discount, everything was EZ PZ. We'll see what the remainder of this transaction/product does.

received my replacement for the quilted…
received my replacement for the quilted ankle shoes and again they are too small, i have placed a third order for size 11/43. i have never had to wear a size 11 in any shoe. soooo please note these shoes run SMALL
