Fit is terrible. Difficult to return I have been waiting for a return label for 2 weeks after requests and no reply

Waiting literally weeks for a return. This company is not respectable. Not even in the US. Claims on their website are a complete lie. Don't waste your money!

Took forever to get. When the sandal did come and I tried them the strap around my ankle could have fit 2 people, I could put my finger and my toe through the toe strap the strap across my foot was the same. The length fit fine, so not sure what kind of person would have fit this sandal? The metal piece that was suppose to hold the strap kept falling down into the leather so wouldn't even stay in hole to keep the strap in place. They were a joke! Looked great on the thin legged model in the picture. Emailed them right away to start a return. They aske for pictures so I sent about 5 showing the defects. They offered a discounted price or if I still wanted to return them and would have to pay the high shipping cost which they stated if they were defective I would not have to in the return policy. I said I wanted to return and never heard another word. I emailed probably 6 more times and even tried to call. That went straight to a busy signal. It is a complete scam. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charges. This company needs to be taken off the internet if this is how the do business!

This was genuinely one of THE WORST online shopping experiences I’ve EVER had. I placed my order on March 28 and didn’t receive it until April 29, over a month later. This was especially disappointing because I purchased the shoes for my mother’s birthday. Communication throughout the process was poor, and there was very little transparency regarding the delay. What made the experience even worse was the return process. I needed to return the shoes because the closed toe portion fit loosely around my mother’s feet and did not fit properly. However, there was no clear or accessible way to initiate a return through the website. I had to search for the customer service email through a series of channels (I’m 26 and capable of searching online) and then email customer service THREE separate times before finally receiving the return form. To make matters worse, I was then informed that the return shipping cost through USPS would be $70.30 for an item that only cost $54.00. Charging customers more to return an item than the item itself is completely unreasonable. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company unless they are prepared for extremely long shipping times, poor communication, and a very difficult return process.

I ordered a pair of shoes based on their size chart and the shoes I received were still too small -- getting the run around through email because you cannot talk to someone directly -- it has taken so long to get the information I needed to take the next step only to find out the option for a full refund is to return them back to China which they initially implied they were a company in the UK -- or I can keep them and receive a 75% store credit -- setting myself up for having the same problem -- very deceiving website and company -- not to mention the shoes are not of the quality they say they are -- what a disappointment -- BUYER BEWARE!!!

Buyer beware. I wouldn't even give them one star, except that I couldn't write further without picking something. This company is a scam. The shoes I bought showed a nice pair of leather clogs. What I received was a knock off material pair. Don't buy from here. Also, everything comes from China, although they advertise that items come from the UK. They will give you the run around when you confront them.

I order my usual size shoe and the shoes I received were at least 2 sizes to small. Now I have to pay for return shipping to China. I usually check the company of origin. Just one more reminder to myself to check what country I am ordering from and to never order anything from China

The shoes are cheap and you have to pay to return them to CHINA! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
