Terrible quality, I was sent boots that look nothing like what I ordered. I have tried to reach out and have received no response.

I was sent not one, but two pairs of shoes with no size markings. I was told the first pair was…well, read yourself: “All of our shoes are manufactured with size markings; what you encountered was unfortunately an isolated quality control issue, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. We take feedback like yours very seriously, and I’ve already flagged this with our quality team to prevent it from happening again.” So, I took a chance and guess what? Not isolated. Noone prevented it from happening again. And now, because Bareroots so graciously let me keep the first pair-which I did not ask for-they made no money and now will not do anything so I am stuck with the same pair of shoes. Too small. But who knows what size they actually are because there is no size on either of them!! Scammers.

I had submitted a negative review and Olivia did eventually email me. I refuse to take her offer for a pair of poorly made shoes that look nothing like what they were advertising. I want 100% of my money back. I did not order what they sent me, I ordered what the picture said I was getting. Completely false advertisement and they should be banned from selling in the USA. FYI… she offered me 25% of the price I paid. This company is horrific!!! They should be paying to return the item since they did not send what was advertised. Everyone call your credit card company and submit pictures of what they advertised and what you received.

Your shoes do not look like the pictures on you web site. They are not true to size 7 are very uncomfortable. I would like a complete refund. thank you, Penni Chesnut 612-222-5683

Shoe is very cheap looking. Slippers plastic sole. Doesn't look at all like what I ordered. Refund policy is basically they'll give you credit. Or return at your own cost.

This company is in China. They don't want to give you a full refund for the shoes you purchased if you are not satisfied. They don't provide you labels and want you to return the shoes at your expense. The shoes are not good quality. The price is not worth it. Stay away from this company.

Totally disappointed with my order. The quality of the shoe was not worth the price. They send me the wrong size. You will not get a full refund. You will get either store credit or partial refund and tell you to keep the item. Its a scam please do not shop at this website. Lesson learned

I searched for SPD shoes compatible with SPD cleats for cycling and the first two products that came up (today even) were Bareroots "cycling shoes". I should've read more carefully because they're not SPD shoes at all. When I tried to return them, I tried numerous times and they said they could give a 30% refund or store credit. Don't waste your money or time with them.
