If I could give a zero that is what I would do. I placed an order for shoes and what was received and pictured on site looked nothing alike. They have offered me the same as everyone else, partial refund, store credit blah blah. Mine were shipped from Chicago but they want me to send them back to China to have to pay outrageous shipping. It would cost more to send back than the quality of the shoes. I have sent several emails trying to get the correct ones and they keep asking me for pictures, which I have provided 3 times now. Still not resolved and I ordered the Oct 5th. Would recommend staying away from.

This company deceives its customers into thinking they will be receiving these wonderful shoes that they have photos of, only to be sent very cheap, extremely ugly, footwear. That look NOTHING like the photo of the footwear they couldn't wait to receive. You can NOT just return the OVER PRICED footwear without them knowing or you will not receive a refund. And you have 30 days to get them back to where they belong. However in my case they won't even reply to my emails about getting a refund. And half of my 30 days has already passed!! I wish I could attach photos to this because you could see for yourself what deceiving theives that steal their customers hard worked money shownthen send you...pitiful. I want my 70.00 back!!! This store is the worst hands down that I have ever experienced.

Please do not buy from them!! I ordered 2 booties and they are beyond cheap quality. Its just trash.. I ordered a a black bootie with white fur lining that looked nice on their website. I received a flimsy cheap bootie with brown lining. When I messaged the brand they said the color difference was a lighting issue. Like what? I can see if it was a slight variation however the one I received was brown not white, not even off white but brown!! A lighting issue i think not. They also wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back to China.

I was informed several weeks ago that my Bareroots footwear had been delivered. However, they were left at the wrong location. I have no idea where this is. I have had a stream of emails back and forth with the company with no resolution. Customer service just keeps repeating that they are looking into it. I have reached the point of demanding a refund but at this time it appears that they can’t deliver the product I paid for and they don’t intend to issue a refund. I would warn anyone looking to purchase shoes from them to be wary.

Theses shoes are made cheap and when I tried to return them, I kept getting the run around. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!

They sent the WRONG SHOE and after multiple emails with customer service, it looks like I will have to pay return shipping to get a refund. That's called FRAUD. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I purchased a pair of shoes that looked interesting online but once I got the order, I noticed that the material looks cheap and the shoes were not true to size. I emailed them asking for a refund, they replied two days later offering me either a partial refund or store credit. I asked them for a full refund and to let me know how to proceed with the order return, but to this day I haven’t received an answer after multiple attempts to get in contact with them. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Please do not buy anything from this website, it’ll be a waste of money and time.

Horrible experience! I ordered shoes that never arrived after waiting for over a month and repeatedly contacting customer service, who kept asking me to confirm my address. Olivia from their team even admitted the mistake was on their end, yet I was told I wouldn’t get a refund. How is it fair for customers to pay for a company’s internal incompetence? I paid for a product I never received, and this level of negligence and disregard is unacceptable. I’ll be escalating this to consumer rights if my refund isn’t processed never ordering from this company again. 👎🏾
