The communication was terrible in being able to track and then once I got the order the shoes were very poor quality and did not fit. I will not order from them again but lets hope they will let me know how to return the items. 1/5/26 - Never got any information on how to return the items even though they promised to send it. I guess the items will have to go to Goodwill - never use this place to order anything!!!!!

I purchased a pair of boots, they were too big. Reached out to customer service to return them. They told me to take a picture of how they fit, why I don't know ? Since my original phone call I have sent numerous emails, not one response, nothing but crickets. I decided to call, there's no voice mail to leave a message they direct you to go to the website. Buyer beware ! If you have happen to have an issue with your order GOOD LUCK !! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !! If I could give them 0 on their ratings I would.

Shoes so bad even the store doesn’t want them back! The shoes were cheaply made, too small, and customer service said for me to keep the shoes or donate them. Saying I could get 75% store credit, but never gave it to me.never returned any of my emails, except for an automated message. Very poor customer service. Do Not purchase from here! I received my order 10 days ago, and the shoes are too small. My usual size is a US 10, but these feel much tighter, so I’m not sure if they run true to size. Also, the quality isn't as good as shown in the photos. I asked to return them and get a refund, but no one responded. I have been sent emails, and nobody has replied!

I finally received a pair of women’s booties, they are significantly too big/not true to size, and I’ve tried to contact them for a return (as directed on their website) three times in the last week and have never gotten a response. It’s kind of infuriating- I can’t even return this mis-sized shoe because you won’t communicate!

I would give them a zero if available to do The boots sent were no where near the correct size ordered and now they want me to return to China in order to get a refund. The return address is Illinois and yet an international return is required Horrible business model for all customers The boots are extremely cheaply made and not worth $10. Do not buy from them

The order process was fairly easy. There was not a lot of communications as to delivery. When the shoes arrived, they were packaged in a ziplock bag, stuffed in another plastic shipping bag. The shoes were crushed with creases in the leather. We were offered a replacement pair. We told them that we didn't trust the shipping process and wanted to return the shoes with a full refund. They did not respond to that request, or three more requests from us. We are not purchasing from them again.

The boots arrived fairly quickly however they do not look like the boots depicted in the pictures. They are cheap looking pleather, the buckles and snaps are cheap ,the color is completely off They are not at all what o was expecting but you get what you pay for so…,
